Pakistan, a South Asian country which has a population of 170 million (ranking No.6 in the world) and it is the No. 25th economy. It is also a very important market for KOLIDA.  
  
From Dec 24th to 28th, KOLIDA Team made a visit to Lahore, the commercial and industrial center of Pakistan, meet our exclusive distributor Global Trade Link company and several important end uses. During the visit, we introduced KOLIDA GNSS products features, made demonstration and eliminated doubts. Customers warmly welcomed KOLIDA GNSS products and showed great interest in RTK K9T. 
 
Since 2005, Global Trade Link established a close cooperating relationship with KOLIDA. By their great effort, up to the end of 2012, there are more than 400pcs KOLIDA total stations serving at surveying, construction and engineering field in Pakistan. In 2012, Global Trade Link has completed the sale of 120pcs total stations, it is a historical record.

After a short rest, Denzel Lee, GNSS Sales Engineer, gave a speech about KOLIDA GNSS products family and K9-T feature, and specially introduced the compatibility with other brands GPS. Users have a preliminary knowledge on instruments’ availability, reliability and performance. After the conference, users came up with more detailed requests on compatibility and software and hope to get the most proper products applied in the field.

Dec 25th Training Course for Kaleem Bilal Company 
 
Kaleem Bilal is a professional engineering surveying Service Company. Currently, they have a Power Transmission Line project about 700KM. To increase the working efficiency, they purchased one set 1+1 K9T RTK system. Meanwhile, they made many detailed questions about power line surveying and staking-out. After the demonstration, he got a satisfactory solution.

Dec 26th Visit to Nespak Company 
 
National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (NESPAK) is Pakistan’s premier consultancy organization. Its international stature is well established and it enjoys the reputation of being one of the top engineering consultancy organizations in Middle East and Africa. Since they founded in 1973, the cumulative cost of the projects undertaken by NESPAK reached US $ 193 billion. 
 
As the No.1 surveying and mapping company, NESPAK engineers put forward more professional requests on collecting software and post-processing. After RTK demonstration, we also collected static data to calculate coordinate in the office. The responses from the engineers are quite positive. Then we had a visit to NESPAK Head Office, vice president of the group and the general manager of Agriculture and Water Resource Division received us in their office. A discussion was made in details for the future technical service and support based on their actual requests.

Dec 27th Visit to CSMS Company 
 
Country Surveying & Mapping Service (CSMS) is a famous surveying company in Lahore. The CSMS engineers had a serious test on collecting software and the radio working range. Under the strong interference and heavy fog in Lahore Downtown, GDL20 radio still well performed a steady data communication in 10Km distance. 
Rover gets fixed solution and everything works fine. For the office work, they asked more software questions like coordinate correction output, DXF import/output and *.dc file details, everything is positive.

Dec 28th Training Course to Swedish College 
 
Swedish Group is a famous organization in educational sector of Pakistan. They have a number of affiliated universities and colleges that spread over whole Pakistan. 
 
KOLIDA total stations, theodolites and levels have become the official instrument for lessons and practice during past years. In this December, a set of K7 GPS has been purchased by Swedish College Lahore, to be used on GPS surveying courses. We arranged static surveying measurement training to teachers, ensuring they can operate in the right way and teach students well.

This trip enhanced the GPS sale of Global Trade Link and consolidated a series of purchase intentions. 4 sets of 1+1 RTK system order have been confirmed after we back to China.  
 
General manager of Global Trade Link, Mr. Munawar Sayed Shahid indicates that, comparing with total station, KOLIDA RTK is even better on quality and performance. The price and user experience let KOLIDA RTK able to make a full-on challenge with Swiss and America brands..
